Plant Care & Garden Pharmacy
When you’ve been responsible for acres of plants, trees and shrubs for more than 50 years, you learn a lot about how to take care of them. We want to share what we’ve learned, whether it’s our black spot remedy for roses, tricks to keep nutsedge under control or how to keep Bambi away with deer resistant trees, flowers and shrubs. Stop by and we’ll be happy to give you our best gardening advice and show you the products that really work.
Amendments for St. Louis Soil
Soil amendments are just as important as your plants. Adding organic amendments to the soil lightens texture, discourages compaction, adds nutrients, improves drainage and aeration, moderates soil temperature, and provides pore space. It’s especially important for St. Louis’ clay soil. At Passiglia’s, you’ll find rock, mulch, compost, gravel and topsoil in bulk and in bags.
